Photography is more than what you see…

To me personally, photography is much more than a captured image reproduced for others to view. Photography is about what’s in the image, the story it is trying to tell, and how it impacts the viewer. Photography is about the pursuit of unlocking creative potential in a world that is anything but static. For photography is inherently honest and unbiased, it is our duty as photographers to explore concepts and spaces — both foreign and familiar — to bring vision to them so that they may transcend reality and challenge other’s (and our own) preconceived notions of them. The more we capture through photography’s art of observation, the more we uncover the invisible dynamism of life…

My photography style tends to cover a diverse range of topics from foreign cities, street photography, nature & landscapes, to the more exploratory subject matter, like plants. No matter what I capture, my goal is still the same: to honor the essence of a subject, a place, or the time that it is taken.
